A lively evening of conversation, laughter and performance with Ireland’s finest* minds as renowned, multi award-winning RTÉ producer and broadcaster Marian Richardson will delve into the thoughts, life and career of this year’s guest, the hilarious, award-winning comedian, actress, presenter and 2019 Parade Grand Marshal, Deirdre O’Kane.

From presenting Bosco to presenting and producing Playback on RTÉ Radio 1, broadcaster Marian Richardson has been involved in every nook and cranny of RTÉ during her varied and successful career.

Deirdre O’Kane has already led a full and varied career encompassing everything from stadium comedy shows to Dancing With The Stars and with a new show coming up on Sky in April - O’Kane’s star is shining brightly and on the rise.

Musical interludes come from the Sierra Leonean-Irish, classically trained singer songwriter, Loah. Brought up between the wild beauty of West Africa and the familiar Irishness of Maynooth, her music is a genre-blend of soul, haunting folk, and African influence; she's even given it its own name — ArtSoul.

is an award-winning comedian, actress and presenter. In 2020 she will host her own live comedy-based TV show, The Deirdre O’Kane Show, which will air in the UK and Ireland on SKY.
